Girls und Panzer: Atsumare! Minna no Senshado (I'll call it Garumin, seems to be the de facto shortened name) is -- scratch that, was, the second Girls und Panzer gacha game for Android and iOS (the first being GuP: Great Tankery Operation. It is thus a mobile game. As a gacha game, you run various missions to gain points and resources that you can use to "roll" to obtain new characters, chosen at random.
The game is all in Japanese, and like all gacha games, there's a lot of different mechanics that are not easy to grasp, so it's hard to figure out. Plus, information is very scarce, I don't think this game is as popular as Kancolle, for example.
From what I gather, this is the main wiki (all in Japanese and unofficial).

Cards
Cards page here ~
When unlocking new characters, the player gets cards, and the ability to see the 3D model of the character in question. Both cards and 3D models are pretty nice to look at IMO, and I'll try to post as many as I can.
Mechanics
The point is to fight battles to gain various resources that you can spend to acquire new characters and improve those you already own. From what I gather, the main resources are
- bronze coins
- silver coins
- gold coins
- rainbow coins
- stamina (riceballs, akin to fuel in Azurlane)
Buttons
The menu looks like this:
Thankfully all buttons are images and not text, and what text there is is often katakana, meaning it can be decrypted.
Right off the bat, among the most interesting icons are the "Member" one:
and the "Presento" (rewards) one
.
The Member button lets you access your own characters to check on their stats, and also dress them up if you have the necessary items. You can rotate around the character models, too, but nothing lewd.
The Rewards button is where you collect your rewards once missions have been completed. Missions are various quests like "finish the first level" or "level such character to level 5" or stuff like that. In the beginning of the game you collect a lot of rewards. If a number is floating next to the button, it means there are rewards waiting to be collected.
Level up and limit breaks
To level up a card, a tank, a skill, or to limit break a card, tap the "level up" button.
Level up a card
Once on the level up screen, click on the circled button:
Then choose an item, preferably the same color as your character card (if your character is a red character, it's better to chose a red ticket, as it will increase experience gained by 1.5 times):
Level up a skill
From what I gather, leveling up a skill can fail. Success rate depends on the number of items you throw in the mix.
Once on the level up screen, scroll down and click on the skill you want to level up:
Then choose an item to level up the skill:
From what I understand, the more items you throw in, the better the success rate will be.
