Girls und Panzer: Great Tankery Operation (I'll call it GUPGTO) is the first Girls und Panzer gacha game for Android. The second being Garumin.

I'm currently translating most dialogs found in the game, as they are funny and there are not too many of them.

Where do I get it?

App of the game (apk file) is available on the Apkpure website. The game is also on Google Play Store, but only available there if you have a Japanese Google account

How to update the game if I do not have a Japanese Google account?

My way of doing this is to download the official QooApp client (I uninstall it after the update is complete). Once the QooApp app is downloaded, launch the game. When prompted to choose an app via which update, choose QooApp. QooApp will update the game. Then try to relaunch the game. If it still doesn't work, open the QooApp app itself, find the game and download it. It will automatically overwrite your previous version of the game BUT will keep your data, saves and progress. Then close QooApp and relaunch the game. It should work. Then you can uninstall QooApp.

Is it good?

There's an actual game in this game, unlike in GuP: Atsumare! Minna no Senshado. I'd say it's better.
