Mycelia is the largest country in Europe, and a major power in the region.
History
History of Mycelia is hard to grasp because not much is known of the time period during which France (along with the rest of the world) "disappeared" and became Mycelia. However people in Mycelia do know that it dates back to the XIXth century, when the South of France declared its independence from the First French Empire. The declaration of independence was followed by two fierce battles, one against the French army then one against the UK army. After achieving victory in both battles, this new independent country named itself Mycelia after the name of its most reknown general, Mycel, who, according to the legend, turned the situation in favor of the independentists during the second battle.
After that of course, everything becomes blurry, until about a hundred years before now. Mycelia was suddenly not a small, independent region of France anymore, and quickly reorganized itself and became the only major power in continental Europe. France had seemingly disappeared, replaced by Mycelia. The same can be said about all the other countries of Europe and even of the world. What happened? Did something really happen? Nobody quite knows, and as a matter of fact nobody cares.
