USI 7 is a sci-fi one, with space ships and everything, although as with all USIs there are no aliens nor E.T.s whatsoever.
It is one of the most developped USIs. It features a rather broad history with a chronology divided in three parts, each ranging across several dozens or hundreds of thousands of years. This much room in time allows for many stories to be written in this USI, making it the ideal place to test and experiment lots of type of plots and settings. That said this is also the cause for gigantic holes in the general chronology that are waiting to be filled.

Stories

Geography

At first men of USI 7 are stuck on Navalea, then they go and explore what they call the known space, then they live for the neighboring galaxy Adravis, then they leave again and start inhabiting Fodrana, Olactil, Cadrelie and Nevralfar. Most of these places are in fact rather small compared to what we're used to in USIRL, explaining the "ease" with which men of USI7 manage to travel from planet to planet and even across galaxies.

Trivia

USI 7 general setting was first created to fit a Doom II mod called A fate of steel and fire (FOSAF.wad), never released. It was made to be as generic as possible, with a Galactic Federation or something of the sort, fighting strange monsters coming from Hell itself (It was a Doom mod after all). At the end, the player would discover that Hell in fact surround the whole universe; but he and his fellow soldiers go there and stop the hellish invasion.
Now of course everything has changed and USI 7 has transformed into something completely different.
