Prevalor was the capital city of the Noelist Empire of Innissa. It was located on a planet also named Prevalor.
Planet Prevalor
Prevalor was a major Noelist planet even before the creation of the first Interstellar Federation. The Noelists gathered in that sector rather early, and Prevalor became their capital near the end of the Space Era. The main city was not named Prevalor then, but was renamed after the planet when it was decided that it would become the capital of the Neolist people.

Although not a huge city even by USIRL standard, Prevalor was the first city considered their capital by the Noelists. Before then, they didn't have a capital or any kind of central dropoff point.
The city was subdivided in four districts, which is not very much, each inhabited by 500 000 noelists.
Prevalor was destroyed at the same time the Noelist Empire ended.
