The preva was the currency used by the Noelist and by the citizens of their Empire from 33 000 until the fall of the empire in 33 490.

The preva was started in 33 000 and remplaced the old preva that was in use since 32 000. It was used only on Prevalor and on the Noelist territories at first, but after the war between the Noelists and the Interstellar Federation it became de facto the currency of the whole upper half of the known space.
Before the Empire, the obverse of the coins showed a single circle, representing Prevalor, and the reverse the worth of the coin, with the words "Noelism and Prosperity" (French : "Noelisme et Prospérité"). During the entirety of the lifetime of the Empire however, the head showed a side view of Arsevir's face, and the slogan of the Empire was added to the reverse (Noelism, Prosperity, Insterity (French : "Noelisme, Prospérité, Instérité"), as well as the name of the Empire's capital planet, Prevalor.
Note that in French the word preva doesn't take an 's' at the plural.
